What prompted you to start nutrition coaching with DeNovo Nutrition?

I wanted to start seeing quicker results with my performance in the gym.

What are 3-4 things that you GAINED throughout this experience?

Workout performance, strength, and confidence in myself!

What are 2-3 things that you LOST?

Fear surrounding food and stress.

What is the biggest thing that you have learned since starting nutrition coaching?

Everything in moderation is ok to eat. You need food in order to grow and recover. Food is not an enemy.

What were you struggling with before you signed up for our nutrition program?

I didn’t eat enough food and had zero energy for my workouts and saw no progression with my strength.

How did our nutrition program help solve that problem?

I am learning what to eat and when to eat it in order to fuel myself for workouts. I’m also learning that eating enough food is soo important for muscle growth.

What was different about our nutrition program compared to diets you've tried in the past?

I really haven’t done any diet programming before this,  but I feel like the nutrition coaches really care and want their clients to meet their goals.

Tell us about the moment when you realized our nutrition program was actually working to solve your problem?

When I hopped on the runcobo scale and I gained 5lbs of muscle mass was when I knew I was doing something right!

Tell us what life looks like now that your problem is solved or is being solved?

I feel so energized and my workouts are getting better.

How has the accountability and support of nutrition coaching helped you stay on track?

Being able to have someone to talk to and listen about all of my nutrition needs has really helped me stay on track. Jenny never judges what I had to say and she truly wants to help me figure out a solution.

What would you say to someone considering nutrition coaching with DeNovo Nutrition?

I would say go for it! All of the coaches really care and want you to succeed.

What is your next nutrition and health related goal?

To maintain my muscle mass and get stronger as I go.

Is there anything else we can help you with or that you'd like to share?

People think if you struggle with eating and go on a diet it will only make the habit worse. I learned over the past couple of months while doing nutrition coaching that it’s not the case. Finding a balance between food and lifestyle is super hard but having someone supporting you makes it so much easier.
