We're looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and people-focused coaches who share our commitment to providing an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead safe, effective, engaging, and inclusive CrossFit classes.

  • Provide individualized coaching, movement instruction, and modifications to athletes of all ages and abilities.

  • Build authentic relationships with members and take the time to know them beyond their fitness goals.

  • Create a welcoming, positive, and encouraging class environment.

  • Celebrate member accomplishments and contribute to our strong community culture.

  • Collaborate with our coaching team, participate in professional development, and remain open to feedback.

  • Support gym events, community initiatives, and the continued growth of DeNovo.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who:

  • Holds a current CrossFit Level 1 certification or higher (Level 2 preferred but not required to be

  • Is passionate about coaching, learning, and helping others succeed.

  • Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Takes ownership of their classes and strives to deliver an exceptional experience.

  • Is receptive to feedback and committed to continued professional growth.

  • Leads by example and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

  • Aligns with DeNovo's values of Welcoming, Relationships, Empowering, Professionalism, and Consistency.

Position Details

  • Part-time coaching opportunities, Friday evening and weekend availability preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 regularly scheduled classes/week & availability to meet for monthly All Team and Coach Development meetings.

  • Compensation based on CrossFit certification level and experience.

Current Hiring Status

Currently we are mainly hiring coach’s who have Friday evening and weekend availability, however we consistently welcome applications from individuals who align with DeNovo's Mission and Values.
