Member Experience & Community Coordinator

Part-Time | Starting a 5-8 Hours/Week with room to grow | $22/Hour | Fort Collins, CO

We're looking for a creative, organized, and people-focused individual to help us strengthen that community through meaningful member recognition, celebrations, and social media.

What You'll Do

Member Experience & Celebrations

  • Coordinate member recognition programs, including Member of the Month, Committed Club, check-in milestones, birthdays, referral celebrations and more.

  • Organize celebration details, prizes, photos, and announcements so our coaches can focus on coaching and connecting with athletes.

  • Help welcome new members and make them feel part of the DeNovo family.

  • Maintain organized systems and calendars to ensure no important moments are missed.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media,

  • Capture photos and videos highlighting our members, coaches, events, and gym culture.

  • Design graphics, write captions, and help tell the DeNovo story.

  • Assist with promoting community events, special programs, and gym initiatives (seasonal opportunities exist for more in depth work and hours)

Who We're Looking For

Someone who:

  • Genuinely enjoys people and building relationships.

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

  • Is creative and comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and Canva.

  • Communicates clearly and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

  • Can balance independent work with collaboration.

  • Aligns with DeNovo's values of Welcoming, Relationships, Empowering, Professionalism, and Consistency.

  • Is familiar with CrossFit or the fitness community.

Position Details

  • Approximately 5-8 hours per week with room to grow/add on.

  • Combination of on-site and remote work, with occasional event support.

  • Reports directly to our General Manager.

  • Compensation: $22/hour, depending on experience.
