DeNovo did you know - Check-ins & committed club intention

DID YOU KNOW?

As far as earning check-ins for Committed Club & Check-In Milestones goes, only CLASSES (CrossFit, Hyrox, Strength WOD, Barbell, Yoga) count towards check-ins. Events, seminars, parties, etc. do not count.

The intention behind Committed Club is to workout regularly 4 DAYS PER WEEK. This supports:

  • consistent exposure to movements and motion (motion is lotion baby!)

  • improved fitness and health due to gradual & intentional vs. sporadic & random progress

  • reduced injuries

If you go on vacation, that just means you are human and are enjoying time outside of DeNovo. Your Committed Club streak CAN END and that is OK!! It’s better to stay healthy by being consistent vs. front or back loading the month or attending multiple classes each day. We don’t recommend doing back-to-back classes as the majority of our programming is not designed to support this. We do recommend scheduling out your week in advance and blocking out your time for classes, recognizing that life happens and the schedule may change.

We do our best to make coming to class easy for you by offering 44 classes per week (39 CrossFit, 2 Hyrox, 2 Barbell & 1 Strength WOD) PLUS 1-2 Yoga classes per week that you can attend!
