It doesn’t matter what the nutrition goal is, protein will help you get there.

In April, we are hosting our NEXT Nutrition Challenge and ANYONE can join!

  • If the Three Pillars Method app is NEW to you, you will join the 1st Pillar (#800gChallengeĀ®)

    • Eat 800 grams (by weight) of fruits & veggies/day plus any other foods you want

  • If you have completed the #800gChallengeĀ®, you will join the 2nd Pillar (Lazy MacrosĀ®)

    • Follow the #800gChallenge and eat 0.7g/lb of protein/day

If you have completed the #800gChallengeĀ®, you will join the 2nd Pillar (Lazy MacrosĀ®)

  • Just login to your active account and your Lazy MacrosĀ® leaderboard will appear 7 days out from the start date.

  • If you’ve already completed the Lazy Macros program, you can still join. You will be awarded points for already completing the program and if you are on the 3rd Pillar you can still get points for this Challenge.
