When I wasn’t stressing about having to prep food for work. It was actually fun, easy, and shorter time than in the past.

Way less stress when prepping food for work and I feel like I’m not spending hours in the kitchen prepping food.

Helps keep me motivated. Gives me food ideas when I want to try something new.
