800g Challenge-DeNovo Team Edition
You’ve likely been hearing us talk about the 800 gram challenge that’s coming in January. What you may not know, is that many of the DeNovo team members have been going through this challenge already in 2025. This is important so we can educate ourselves and all of you on the process and value of the challenge, and also practice what we preach 😎

My experience has been really positive due to the insanely simple approach - not only for what the goals of each pillar are, but how the app is designed. What I love about the app, and specifically the 800g challenge, is how much better I feel; not only my energy levels and workouts, but my overall mood as well. I also love the accountability aspect of the app and doing it with other people. I was doing this on my own for a while but, when all the other coaches joined in, I found myself more motivated. The educational content each day is such an amazing value add, and I learn something from it even when listening to it a second time. Little things like portioning out veggies for easy grab-and-go snacks, and also from the educational content within the app. I’m excited to go through the challenge again with more members of our community; I can see the value of doing this multiple times.
